Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Online Ordering Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Gearly reserves the right to amend the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

At Gearly, we value your privacy and under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, any personal information we collect will be kept securely. This statement is our commitment to you, the consumer, of your privacy and the information we collect and hold.
We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase.
We will treat the personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us unless we have your prior express consent to do so.
When you register on the Gearly website you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive information from Gearly, you can unsubscribe by sending an email request to sales@gearly.com.au or by following the unsubscribe link on any newsletter you may receive from Gearly.
When you process a transaction with Gearly, all of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encoded with the latest encryption technology (see Secure Sockets Layer). This means it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
Our order processing centre is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way. Gearly does not collect financial information to process your payment. This information is solely handled by our banking partner and is collected on a secure server. This information is confidential and cannot be accessed beyond our banking institution.
Automatic Data Collection
Due to the nature of the Internet, there is certain information that is transmitted to us automatically, such as your IP address and the browser you are using. This information is collected for purely statistical reasons as part of our ongoing development however we do not attach any personal information to these statistics. Similar information is also transmitted along with any emails sent. This information is not stored.
Payment
Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time. If the stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will be in contact regarding this.
GST
We are currently not registered for GST, as soon as we register, we’ll include GST into our final prices. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.

When you are entering your details during the online ordering process, you may select one of the following payment methods:

Credit Card Verification Process
Why may I be asked to supply further Identification?
Gearly adheres to strict security checks to reduce the chance of credit card fraud.
Although your credit card is processed through an electronic payment gateway, this process of funds is not an acknowledgement of a successful transaction according to the Gearly’s security policy.
All Credit Card details will go through an Address Verification (AV) process. If the AV fails Gearly will seek additional proof of identity.
To prevent this extra request, we ask that all information is supplied and that all fields are completed.

What may cause my AV to fail?
You must supply the billing address & phone number that matches the credit card you have used.
Please note PO Boxes and Mobile Phone numbers are not acceptable.
We will use this information to match the credit card to the details you have supplied.
If you wish to have the goods shipped to an alternative address please untick “Ship to this address” and enter the shipping details in the section below it.
Quick processing of your order
If Gearly cannot verify your address via your local white pages we will request additional identification. This may delay the shipping of your order. To expedite the delivery of your order please be sure all information is present and correct.
If there is a reason for delivery details varying from your phone directory detail please makes a note in our comments box on the shopping cart.
Promotions
Occasionally, we will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from our online store in order to qualify for a promotion code.
These promotion codes can only be redeemed on Gearly’s website. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions.
When you order on Gearly and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order.
Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions.
Promotional codes, vouchers and bonuses are not available in conjunction with any other promotional sale, bonus, quote or special offer.

All products listed on the website are described to the best of our ability and the specifications/pricing reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct.

Delivery & Returns
Gearly currently uses Australia Post person-to-person Registered Mail
This ensures that the article is specifically signed for by the person named in the address.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight and size of the parcel and is calculated automatically.
Delivery Times: Standard Delivery Time is 3 to 5 Working Days
As Australia Post Person-to-Person requires a signature and proof of ID from the person named on the order, you will be asked to specify an address during business hours that delivery can be made to and signed for (this may be your work address). If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact Australia and arrange an alternative delivery or pick up of your order.
We do not deliver to any other countries other than Australia.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You might prefer for the parcel is left at your delivery address in your absence. This is called “Authority to Leave”.
If you would prefer for the delivery person to leave the parcel for you in your absence, please leave an “Authority To Leave” note in the checkout process.
It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tell us the goods were left for you.
In-Store Pickup
In some cases, we can arrange a pick up from our office in Manly NSW, this is however only after contacting us via email and arranging time. Please feel free to inquire at: sales@gearly.com.au prior your purchase only.
Change of mind 7day guarantee
If you change your mind and are not happy with your purchase, you can send us your purchased gear back within 7 calendar days in its original condition, packaging, and invoice as you have received it from us, and we will refund you. In this case we will charge 10% restocking fee and deduct it from the final value and will credit you the resto of the money to your bank/PayPal account.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All manufacturers offer a minimum of 12-month warranty. This only applies to BRAND NEW goods. Should your Gearly’s purchase need service under warranty you can send it to our store after arrangement. To arrange, email us at: sales@gearly.com.au
